LIVING IN HARMONY: 

• Scripture: Romans 12:9-21 
  Focus: Relationships - Marital and Interpersonal 

• Summary: A person's perception affects their relationships and how they communicate within those relationships. God gives different perspectives that are good when outwardly focused but can be sinful when inwardly focused. God calls us all to live a life in harmony with one another, but often self-centeredness creates difficulties in our relationships. This seminar teaches us to understand our perspective so we can value others' views and communicate effectively. It provides tools for communication and conflict resolution.

RISING ABOVE OUR FEELINGS 

• Scripture: Ephesians 4:17-23 
  Focus: Emotional Intelligence & Interpersonal Relationships 

• Summary: Feelings are a part of our makeup and are given by God as part of his likeness. They serve as the natural response to events and situations we go through in life. The spiritually mature person learns how to deal with negative emotions in a godly way. God also gives us the ability to act above and beyond our feelings instead of reacting to them. These lessons teach us to recognize our emotions but not be controlled by them. We can rise above our feelings and act like Christ in all circumstances. We will answer the question, "How can I?"

THE MARRIAGE PUZZLE 

• Scripture: Matthew 19:4-6

• Focus: Marriages 

• Summary: God's plan is for marriage to last forever. If the idea is "life together forever," why do we see so many marriages end in divorce and separation? This seminar is a practical workshop that deals with stages of marriage, communication between spouses, dealing with emotions, sexual intimacy, and "love and respect."

PRACTICAL PRINCIPLES OF PARENTING 

• Scripture: Deuteronomy 6:4-9

• Focus: Parenting 

• Summary: Children do not come with a handbook, and each child is different, so how do we bring them up in the way of the Lord? There are many different styles and approaches to parenting. To be intentional in this God-given responsibility, we must seek out God's biblical principles, understand our parenting styles, and chart a pathway toward the formation of our children's hearts. This seminar can be tailored for parents of all ages or specific age groups.

BEING A PART OF THE BIG PICTURE 

• Scripture: 1 Peter 3:14-16

• Focus: Evangelism (Personal and Congregational) 

• Summary: The decline of evangelism and the diminishing of our congregations need to be reversed. The church is declining worldwide, and the only way to turn this around is to become people and churches with renewed vigor for the lost. This seminar is an interactive way to teach people about the need for evangelism and offer practical ways to achieve it. Also, the seminar shows the congregation the necessity of reaching the lost and how they as a body can be more effective at achieving the church's mission on this earth. It strives to awaken God's people to the hurting and lost people of the world.

Participants will explore how to develop a compelling vision and mission, establish strategic priorities, set measurable goals, and create practical plans that mobilize leaders and ministries toward a shared purpose. Through practical tools and leadership principles, participants will learn how to lead with greater clarity, build alignment, make strategic decisions, and guide their churches toward greater effectiveness and Kingdom impact.
